As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause and reflect on everything 2025 had to offer. From longtime favorites continuing to earn their place in your everyday carry to new designs finding homes around the world, it’s been a year shaped by how you carry.
As always, we’re deeply grateful to share this journey with our TOM BIHN family – you. Thank you for being part of another unforgettable year! Before turning the page into 2026, we wanted to share a snapshot of 2025 – told through the products you loved, the places your bags traveled, and the colors you return to time and time again.
So, without further ado, here’s 2025 – at a glance.
We unveiled some new colors…
-
January: Spectron paved the way for the new year and quickly became a staple in our lineup.
-
August: In the heat of summer, we released two 200D Halcyon shades, Kelpie and Selkie.
-
September: Periwinkle X-Pac arrived and sold out almost as quickly as it appeared.
-
November: Two brand new Halcyon shades arrived at the port… and they’re still there.
And brought some colors back…
-
Late August: First appearing as a liner for the Guide’s Edition Synik 26, Coyote 200D Halcyon joined the party.
We introduced some new designs…
-
April: You asked for a bigger Nomad—so we made one. Say hello to the Nomad 16!
-
June: After retiring Nik’s Minimalist Wallet back in 2024, we released the Minimalist Wallet, same slim silhouette — now with a back card slot and an O-ring.
-
Late June: We welcomed the Smart Alec 2.0. We took everything you loved about the original, and gave it some much-needed upgrades.
-
August: We tightened our hiking boots and hit the trails with the Guide’s Edition Synik 26 – featuring the all-new Coyote 200D Halcyon for the first time!
-
October: We made room for the Big Bantam, which is basically the same as the Bantam, but big. Oh, and with extra O-rings and organization!
-
November: We felt our messenger bag selection was missing something, so we released the Marathon Messenger to fill in the gaps.
We also had to say goodbye to some…
-
Late July: We had to say R.I.P. to Island 200D Halcyon (you will be missed).
We added another credit to our IMDb page…
-
January: Our very own Synapse 25 made it onto the big screen on HBO’s The Pitt!
We gave back…
-
This year, we repurposed 1,393 lbs of fabric via Mystery Grab Bags, Mystery Organizer Pouches, Mystery Clear Organizer Pouches, and Mystery Padded Pouches. That’s a lot of fabric, and it’s all thanks to you!
-
We also donated 500 Clear 3D Organizer Cubes to patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Expanding production…
-
To meet growing demand, we’re partnering with a family-owned factory in Vietnam, expanding production of our accessories as well as select totes and crossbody bags.

Thank you for donating the 3D Clear Organizer Cubes to the patients at Seattle Children’s Hospital. The hospital is the official referral center for Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Washington, and has 34 clinics and outreach sites in those states. Your 3D Clear Organizer Cubes are a nice gift for a hospital patient. They are well made and very useful.
