All orders are shipped from our Seattle, Washington, U.S.A. headquarters. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).
Orders for "Ready to Ship" items usually ship the next business day.
Shipping cutoff: Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time on business days are eligible to ship the same day.

Economy Shipping ($6–$8)
For smaller orders within the contiguous U.S.
Transit time: 3–8 business days
Shipped via DHL SmartMail.
Standard Shipping ($10)
2–8 business days depending on location.
Washington orders 7 lbs or under: $9
Shipped via UPS Ground Saver.
UPS 3 Day Select ($20+)
Guaranteed 3 business day delivery.
Example: Ship Tuesday → Arrive Friday.
UPS Next Day Air ($40+)
Guaranteed next business day delivery.
Examples: - Ship Tuesday → Arrive Wednesday
- Ship Friday → Arrive Monday
To Alaska or Hawaii: $60 and up.
USPS Priority (Alaska & Hawai‘i)
3–5 business days after pickup.

No — all international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
