Same with your Skookum Dog gear: it'll give you years of hard service and is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong and it's our fault, we'll fix it at no charge. If your dog chews something up or otherwise damages it, we'll repair it for a reasonable fee if it is repairable.

Build your own organization
your bag already has great built-in organization. that said, you may want to add these optional organizational accessories to further organize and protect what you carry.
Cache
The Cache is a protective laptop or tablet sleeve that's available in many sizes to fit a wide variety of devices.
Freudian Slip
Adds eleven organizational pockets to the Medium Cafe Bag. One side has two open-top pockets, one in expandable mesh; magazines, an iPad or iPad Air, papers or notebooks fit great in those pockets (they’re a bit small for file folders). The other side has two open-top mesh pockets that can fit bulky stuff: snacks, power supplies, cords, a hard drive. Above the mesh pockets are four pen slots and one multi-tool/knife/flashlight pocket; there’s also a pocket for a phone, big or small.
Gatekeeper Waist Strap
The Gatekeeper Waist Strap secures the Medium Cafe Bag to your body and offers extra stability when you're hiking, riding your bike (push or motor), or running to catch the bus. Closes with a side-release buckle that adjusts on both sides.
Messenger Stabilizers
The 1" Café/Ristretto Messenger Stabilizer is designed to keep your Café Bag close and prevent it from swinging around to the front when you're riding your motorcycle or bicycle or just moving fast on foot. Uses one-half of your bag's waist strap (the half with the male buckle) so make sure to order the optional Gatekeeper Waist Strap if you'd like to use the Messenger Stabilizer.
Ultrasuede Shoulder Strap Wrap
The Medium Cafe Bag comes standard with a small, low-profile, molded plastic pad with a grippy underside. If that's not your style, you might like the Ultrasuede® Shoulder Strap Wrap: it's made of ultrasoft Ultrasuede® laminated to soft Ensolite foam. The Ultrasuede® Shoulder Strap Wrap wraps around the shoulder strap and attaches back on itself with hook and loop and snaps: it's easy to add it "after market," as they say.

Defects in materials or workmanship are uncommon and are most often evident while your bag is still new. Keep in mind that daypacks and briefcases are often subject to serious wear in everyday use. We often see TOM BIHN bags that are still solid and in use after five, ten, fifteen, even twenty or twenty-five years, with minor repairs needed here or there. But remember: only true love lasts forever.
