Years I tell you....decades even...I've been looking for a purse that would fit a Moleskine notebook, pens and colored pencils, a small pouch filled with essentials (band-aids, sunscreen, lipstick, aspirin, mints), keys, a phone and a Kindle. In a bag that looks equally chic at the Everett grocery store as it does in a Parisian museum. I've spent a lot of money buying purses that I think will work, only to make compromises.
I finally found THE ONE. The Side Kick is a timeless square shape and not overly branded (the TB logo rests demurely on the sides). I bought black, which goes with everything. The adjustable shoulder strap allows you to wear it as a crossbody bag or cinch it up as a traditional preppy lady purse tucked under the armpit.
And oh my gawd the inside organization makes my bag lady heart swoon. There is a pocket for everything and four o rings to gorge on key straps, which wow I never thought I'd get so much pleasure from lashing straps to more little bags inside a bigger bag. And just because TB can, they put a zippered pocket on the outside, too, and there's another o ring in there. Glorious!
Of course, the quality is the best. This baby is going with me around the world and every stop in between. I have no doubt she'll rise to the challenge, delighting me every time I look inside at her beautiful Moab lining (which reminds me of my home state of Utah). I'm so excited to have found you, Side Kick. Thank you Tom Bihn!
