I absolutely love this bag. I researched backpacks quite awhile. I settled on the Synik 30 and I can't imagine another bag meeting my needs better. I recently had to return to the office (boo!). I am a type 1 diabetic so on top of normal EDC items I carry a lot of medical supplies anytime I am stuck somewhere for more than a few hours, insulin, pump supplies, etc. I also carry glucose tablets and snacks to treat low blood sugar. When I first went back to the office I was surprised that coffee was not provided, every office I have ever worked in has supplied coffee. So I started bringing a 46 oz yeti rambler filled with coffee for the day. The yeti fits nicely in the water bottle pocket, I can't zip it but that does not matter to me. I also carry a 64oz yeti rambler for water in the main compartment. The 64 oz is able to be squeezed into the water bottle pocket as well but it is snug. This bag makes it so easy to organize everything. I can compartmentalize anything and in an emergency I know exactly where everything is. The size is perfect for me. I carry so much in this bag and it still keeps a fairly low profile. I was concerned it would be too big as an edc but for me and my needs it is perfect.

I absolutely love my Synik 30. Very lightweight, yet made from very durable materials. There’s nothing “cheap” feeling about this bag. Zippers, stitching, materials, bag layout, is all top notch. The shoulder straps are wonderful. Well padded, and easily to slip on/off tour shoulder(s). Very generous amount of storage (30L), which is actually more than I need, but I’ll never turn down the extra storage space in case I do need it someday. The only gripe that I had with the bag at first, was how it didn’t want to stand upright. I’ve found that you can achieve this by packing it correctly, but to be honest, I just lean it up against a chair or table now, and that seems to suffice just as well. I’d highly recommend this bag to anyone looking for a quality carry solution!

This bag lived up to the hype. It stores everything I need for the day and then some. All the pockets are conveniently located and the main storage compartment fits two laptops easily. Looking forward to traveling with this bag.

I owned it for 2 months, used it for EDC and two travels.
Bad things first then good things.
Three obvious bad things about this bag:
1. Fewer organization options in each pockets which requires some extra Tombihn purchase. Not good for a lot of small items.
2. Very ugly. The black is the best because the zipper color is also back. Not sure why there are no zipper flaps design for a backpack these many zippers.
3. Laptop compartment is somewhat lacklustre. More specifically if you forgot to zip it from the side, then the laptop goes to the technician's piles next. There should should be a Velcro stopping it.
Besides that it's all good things, and the list here is not exhaustive:
1. Has structure and packs a lot of stuff.
2. Easy to carry for long walk with weight and comfortable, at least for me.
3. Very good customization with the O-rings, you can buy cheaper pouches and D rings to work with the O-rings inside or get the fancier Tombihn ones if you are fanatic about it.
4. Supremum manufacturing, threading, and materials.
5. It carries a lot without losing spaces for organizations. I found this to be the most unique thing about this backpack among all the other options.
