the drop-down menu for the bags listed as fitting the 13C cache — do not list the 13C as an option? Does it fit, or not?

Will a MacBook Pro 16 and IPad Pro fit in a techonaut 30?

Thanks

Yes it will and with room to spare! :)

Will the 14" fit in either the Daylight Backpack or the Medium/Large Cafe Bags?

TOM BIHN replied:
Daylight Backpack, yes! Not the Medium Cafe, but probably would fit in the Large Cafe.

My Synic 30 holds the MacBook Pro 16 (2021) with room to spare.

My larger Legion 5 Pro (16”) also fits, but is difficult to remove through the zippered side opening.

With either laptop, the compression straps don’t tighten enough to make a difference. I’m not sure what they’re supposed to do.

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi Guy: the compression straps in the main compartment of the Synik are intended to be used to strap folded and/or rolled or bundled clothing inside the main compartment. It’s a way of offering some optional, included organization for clothes. Hope this helps a bit!

I have a Tom Bihn sleeve with no zip, just a kind of envelope folding lip which I got for my 15" MacBook pro about 5 years ago. I can get the new 16" in at a pinch but I wondered if you planning on reviving that design for the larger laptop?

TOM BIHN replied:
Hey Dave! That’s the Brain Cell! It was retired some years back and, at this point, we don’t have any plans to offer it again. The Cache sleeve as effectively replaced it, as the Cache is lighter-in-weight, takes up less space, and its protection meets the needs of most folks. Glad the new 16” fits in the Brain Cell you have.
