Honestly, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it would have been really useful to include hooks to attach a shoulder strap, and seems like an odd omission. I added them myself, and it's really made the bag a 5-star tote / hauler.

The most versatile TB bag, in my opinion
Really hoping for more color options because this is my most used TB bag and I'd love to purchase a few more. It's the little black dress of bags- highly versatile, performs flawlessly as a beautiful, often-complimented grocery tote or as a voluminous personal size carry-on item. I use it for groceries, road trips (carrying coats, snacks, books, etc), and weekend travel (it actually holds a weeks worth of warm weather clothes plus toiletries, with room left over). I also pack it (folded) into my carry-on bag for use as an extra/overflow bag for souvenirs, etc or as a market tote when traveling. Sturdy enough construction that I wouldn't worry if I had to gate-check it but light enough to use as an everyday grocery tote. Comfortable handles.

G.O.A.T tote
If I could only ever have one bag (*shudder to imagine), it would be this one. It’s my most versatile, well used bag for home and travel. The Halcyon fabric folds down to fit into an All-Fabric 3D Organizer Cube and is perfect for travel overflow items or daily shopping/beach excursions. It fits under airplane seats too, but my personal preference is that it’s too round when fully packed for use as a carry on or navigating crowded spaces. It shines elsewhere though.
At home, my shop bags are in constant use as grocery bags (I never fail to receive compliments or comments about them), totes for sports items/clothes/team snacks, even trips to the home improvement store. I like to also pair them with my Monster Trucks and coordinate colors…bringing joy to everyday errands. They hold a heavy load of items and, once you heft it onto your shoulder, it’s comfortable to carry even the heaviest load. The straps stay on your shoulder too, no slipping (a much appreciated feature).
I’m really glad these totes are being offered again because they’re truly an everyday staple. They also feel like they’ll last forever. We’ve taken them camping and they’ve survived abrasion on rocks and rocky ground, so imo the price-per-use or ROI will even out to make these a smart value purchase. I also like to give these as a “gift basket” with misc travel or home themed items inside.

Multifunctional
I have shop bags in all the iterations (large, small, zipped, unzipped, various fabrics). The zipped are the most multifunctional for me, since they contain everything securely. Gets used as airplane carry on bag, travel tote, beach bag, shopping bag, project bag, carry various bits and bobs to the car bag, gym bag, dog gear bag...

Love it
I use this so much more than I expected. I have it as a shopping bag in my car but also find myself using it as an overnight bag. The black on black is also discreet enough I can use it for work. Love the black label for that reason.
