I so wanted to love this bag. I first bought the Everyday Cubelet and due to its versatility and high quality, I thought I'd try to replace my aging toiletry bag. I liked the idea of minimizing what I take on a trip so I ordered the standard spiff kit with a purpose. I got the orange color (Zest). I loved how it looked and couldn't wait to use it.
Once I packed for the trip, I realized that it was a little too small for items. Maybe if I had a ton of travel size items, but those sometimes cost as much or more than the regular size. I needed to pack another small bag for toiletries that just wouldn't fit easily (toothbrush, regular size toothpaste, etc.). If you have an electric razor, that's also a bit of a tight fit (it will take up most of one pouch). This bag also is definitely meant to hang so when I had it on the counter in a hotel, I had to navigate it to get into the pouches.
The quality & beauty of the bag is 100% Tom Bihn high quality and if you can make it work for you, I highly recommend it. But, be wary if you travel with too much or regular size items. I will continue to use it but will always augment with another small travel kit. It still is better than the old huge, one compartment toiletry bag I used to have.
