I ordered two of these trays several years ago. One for myself and one for my daughter-in-law who does a lot of traveling. I loved it because I put all of my stray belongings in it at night to keep them all together. And she did the same. She commented how much she loved it and can’t travel without it. Well, a couple of months ago she was flying first class and stored it in a compartment. But when she got off the plane, she forgot to grab it. She was so upset. Luckily I knew where to get one to replace it. When I checked the website, it wasn’t available. But it said give us your email and we will let you know when we have them in stock again. It only took a few days and I got the email. After I ordered it, it took less than a week to arrive. And i gave it to her for her birthday a few weeks ago and she was so excited to have it replaced. The one she lost was red and the one that I got to replace it is blue. She’s still hoping that the airline will find it, but in case it doesn’t she now has one to travel with. It was a great purchase.
