The Spiff Kit is the TB take on the ubiquitous toiletries kit. Though we suppose that a spartan few will live off the land and use whatever the hotel washroom offers up, most of us seem to prefer our unique collection of personal essentials for even the shortest of trips. For some of us that’s our favorite flavor of toothpaste or Dr. Bronner's soap (and, well, if Dr. Bronner’s is your favorite toothpaste, we're not sure what to say...); for others it's a refined collection of vitamins or cosmetics. Whatever it is, most of us have our daily deal.

Two sizes available: Standard and Deluxe

Divided mesh organizer pouch: Fits most travel sized shampoos, conditioners, liquid soaps, razors, and toothbrushes. The center division of this pouch keeps things organized, yet doesn't overly limit exactly what you can carry.

Large undivided mesh pouch: Stores miscellaneous toiletries, small travel towels or pharmaceuticals.

Hanging Hook: Simple plastic hook to hang the kit on towel bars or other fixtures. Useful for limited counter space (or none at all — yes, we've stayed in hostels too).

Removable Acrylic Mirror: Convenient for grooming on the go. The mirror is removable/replaceable, and arrives to you with a protective adhesive cover you'll need to remove before use.

Note that neither version of the Spiff Kit is particularly 3-1-1 compatible. If you need a pouch that is 3-1-1 compatible, we suggest you check out our Clear 3D Organizer Cube.

Just the right size for a 1-bag traveler!
I'm a Tom Bihn "regular" and was looking for a smaller toiletry kit to fit in my Synik 30. The Standard Spiff Kit is just right for that purpose! Just big enough for the essentials; small enough to force me to carry less, and keep to my 1-bag limit. Nicely and locally made ... like all Tom Bihn products ... only suggested change might be a couple O-rings for attaching "bits and bobs."

exactly what it needs to be
Love the small pockets with the double zip, allowing me to place the zipper in the center and unzip one of the little pockets at a time. The big pocket is large enough to fit a standard size toothbrush, standard size old spice deodorant, and my standard size facial moisturizer no problem, plus a couple hotel freebie soaps I took. One of the small pockets held travel toothpaste and a couple of non-travel-size skincare goops (serums etc). Other small pocket held chapstick, lipstick, gel eyeliner, bb cream. For international travel I'll pack it differently, but it stood up well to my first use case.

Great for inflight essentials
I actually purchased this about 4 years ago in ultraviolet with the intention of using for a toiletry kit and although it worked fine, it could use one more small pocket. Nowadays I actually use it for my in flight essentials. I am glad I can use this in a different way. The top section holds my kindle and any wipes I need for the flight (disinfecting wipes, hand wipes, deodorant wipes etc) while the the bottom two pockets hold my tissue, toothpicks, gum, electrolyte packets and the left side of bottom section holds my the 'tech' stuff like my earbuds, wireless airfly, extra earphones etc. If this doesn't work for you as a toiletry bag consider using this as your bag on the plane. The handles make it easy to grab from your personal item and the hanging hook works great to hang open or keep most of the kit closed and keep the hanger part out to keep out of the way. Also you can hook a small whale pouch to the base portion of the hanger to give you an extra pocket!

Nice bag but too small to be functional
Pockets feel a bit too small to fit much on a trip. I tried to put airport friendly size items and it ended up barely fitting anything. It is such a nice quality of bag I still insisted on using, but I don't think it helped taking room for bag to hold such awkwardly small quantity of products needed.
