Very useful
After buying several backpacks from TB I decided to try a Med Cafe Bag because I was trying to force myself to limit what I carried with me everyday. I used to use a shoulder bag but my shoulder started hurting all the time. I didn’t think a crossbody bag would be any better but the MCB ended up being a great solution. I was worried the strap would be too wide but it isn’t. I normal don’t like bags with flaps but I can still pick up this bag by the handle and nothing spills out. It holds an amazing amount of items including a 16oz Owala bottle and might even hold a 24oz bottle. Of course it is well designed and well made. I’ll definitely buy another one in a different color. I still use my Paragon backpack on some days and my S25 when I need to carry a bunch of stuff but the MCB works great most days and for running errands. Highly recommend.

Great bag
Bought this for a trip and it’s exceeded expectations. Lightweight, comfortable to carry, and easy to organize- not too many compartments where items get lost, but just enough to have dedicated space for essentials, and a zippered compartment for valuables such as passports. Love the blue color with orange lining. My first tom bihn bag but likely not the last.

This bag put an end to an epic, decades-long search for the "right" constant companion bag. Just the right size, right configuration, long-enough strap, bounty of organization. And it achieves all this with high quality materials and impeccable construction. The hardware feels solid and I'm pretty sure the ballistic exterior is, in fact, bulletproof. This bag will stay looking fantastic for years to come. I'm sort of overstuffed-teddybear-shaped, and it sits comfortably at my hip [not in my armpit]; it doesn't look like a man purse, SWAT accessory, or like an SUV would fit inside. The interior is deceptively cavernous - think TARDIS - and the Cerylon interior makes finding everything dead easy. There are plenty of compartments without micromanaging the contents.
I've eyed this bag for ages: I should have jumped on it the first time I saw it, and saved myself countless hours searching for "the one" [as well as countless dollars spent on "not the one".]
I just wish I could give it more stars.

My go-to work bag!
I’ve been looking forever for a bag I can use for work, that’s not a backpack, and doesn’t get in my way. And I found it. I love this café bag, I thought about getting a large larger one, but I’m really glad I didn’t. It is the perfect size, holds my iPad, holds a couple work folders, and the little compartments are great for things like business cards and pens. On the outside, I use the zip to hide a few bucks if I might need them. And the outside pocket without the zip is deep and doesn’t make the bad bulge. Really happy I got this bag. Want more.

Perfect everyday bag for work or travel
I have been looking to downsize from a larger messenger and/or a backpack and the Medium Cafe Bag was perfect! Fits my iPad, a few books and other supplies I need on a daily basis. Easy access on the front, lots of useful pockets and I love the color (blue and orange) as it stands out from all of the basic black bags out there. If I have one suggestion, it would be a padded shoulder strap option. Not a dealbreaker but something to consider in the future.
This is my first Tom Bihn bag but it will not be my last!
