This Synik 26 is everything in a bag a person is looking for. The numerous pockets, the toothy zippers, and the Astros blue with the complimentary orange lining makes this my favorite of all time. I also am happy that the extra straps are removable since I don't need all the hiking security full time. I can just stow them away for the future hikes. It sheds rain like a champ and can't imagine that I ever will need another, but I'll definitely buy one as a gift for someone. Everyone should have one of these.

I am so impressed with this backpack! I hadn't traveled in a long time and needed a new bag for a personal item, and it worked flawlessly. It has so many pockets and places to keep things, but it doesn't get too bulky or hard to manage. I am about 5'6" and slimly built, and it fit fine. I was able to pack a change of clothes, books, paperwork, toiletries and more, not counting a fully loaded tech pouch and other odds and ends in the outside pockets, plus an 18oz water bottle. It worked great and fit perfectly under the airplane seat with no problem. It's incredibly sturdy and looks like it's not even been used at all. I also love the colorful liner. It makes it so easy to find things. I had intended to use it solely for traveling, but I like it so much that I'm probably going to use it as a daily carry now.

I’m in love with the organization that the Synik 26 provides. I like having a place for everything and with the O-rings available to customize organization ever further, this bag is a win for me. I originally bought it as a travel backpack to use as a personal item on the plane. I wanted the “chin” pocket to stash a fanny pack that I could easily access on a flight. I like it so much that I use the backpack for work now. The Baboon to the Moon Fanny Pack fits perfectly in the chin pocket. A 40oz Owala FreeSip doesn’t fit in the water bottle pocket, as pictured, but I still use it anyway. I’m 5’2” and the 26 fits well with my short torso. This was my first TB purchase and I don’t think it’ll be my last!

Working in the healthcare I’ve been always in search of thee bag. And some would work one way but not truly fit my need. I finally found the synik 26L and with it’s structural organization of pockets for my water bottle and side pockets was perfect for my quick access needs, the insert they offer to add made this bag not only be perfect to organize and fit my needs for work but be able to slip that insert out and turn into a EDC bag in the matter of seconds. Going from work to now gym or even dad mode is so easy and I get one bag now that does it alll. No more having to switch from bag to bag I just have to take one thing out and I’m good to go. This bag is built to last.

Overall, I love the Synik 26 as an everyday work bag, but unfortunately, my bag has a noticeable QC issue where one shoulder strap appears to be about an inch longer than the other where it is connected to the top of the bag. I shrugged this off as cosmetic at first, but I do find that it’s difficult for me to get this bag to sit right and I’m constantly adjusting it when wearing it. By the time I noticed it, the color (gray/tidal) was already out of stock, so I couldn’t just order a replacement. This lack of quality control and poor attention to detail here is frustrating given how expensive this bag was.
