Placed anywhere a Gatekeeper Hip Belt could be to provide a bit more padding or be used in conjunction with a frame sheet to move some of the weight onto your hips.

Perfect fit
I have a shoulder injury and refuse to wear a backpack without hip belts. These are comfortable and fit very well. I also like that they’re removable for easy stowage. My one wish is that they also had pockets like my camping bags do, but they are otherwise 10/10.

Nicely made and it helps
I’ve never used a padded hip belt before but I was looking for a way to get some of the weight from my backpack off my bad shoulder and it did just that. It is comfortable and I don’t really notice that it is there.
