    A surprise hero

    I bought one of these with a Techonaut 35L at a time when all other large packing cubes were out of stock. It was an impulse purchase, but has ended up being my EDC for shorter walks and daytrips when traveling with the Techonaut. If packed carefully and with a little finesse, it fits in the bottom pocket of the Techonaut, then can pop out as your seat bag on a plane. On the way home, when stuff has magically expanded, it can be carried as the second personal item. I paired it with the Absolute Shoulder Strap, which is absolute overkill for this bag, but the nonslip pad makes it brilliant for carrying around museums and on crowded public transportation where a bag swinging about could cause chaos. The lack of built in organization means you probably want at least a standard lil packing cube to keep the little things together, but also means it feels like it’s roomier than it is, and unplanned purchases can still fit into what you thought was an already full bag.

    Very Versatile

    Just returned from a vacation and this bag came in very handy as a packing cube, seven bathing suits and 4 thin cover ups, day shopping bag and beach bag. It’s not structured so it can take a lot. I took the shoulder strap and key snap hook from my Sidekick (this one came with one already) and was set to go for the week. Colour was perfect for the beach.

    Best Ever Shoulder Bag!

    I'm not sure why it's called "Packing Cube Shoulder Bag." It should be called "The Best Ever Shoulder Bag!" It's light, flexible, small enough to look good as a crossbody, but still perfectly fits my iPad (see photo). And it looks great just sitting there! I put my Everyday Cubelet inside to further organize and add a couple more O-rings. The Acai Halcyon is my favorite color so far that Tom Bihn offers, so here's my official request: PLEASE MAKE THE SYNAPSE/SYNIK IN ACAI HALCYON! Or something similar!

    So Versatile!

    Being petite and wanting to pack as light as possible, I’ve been on the hunt for versatile and varied organizers, travel backs and carryons for quite some time! I have a handful of Tom Bihn products and continue to look for the right blend of things to pack.

    On my last overnight work trip, the goal was to backpack all things I needed. I was able to do so with the Synik 22, Every Day Cubelets, and a Packing Cube Packing Bag.

    Perfect size for EDC

    My new favorite cross-body. Molds right to my hip and doesn't bounce around when I'm walking. Holds my daily stuff with room for a sketch book, gloves and hat, or a very light layer. Love the color and simplicity of the design. Looking forward to adding it to my packing cube collection.
