If I could only ever have one bag (*shudder to imagine), it would be this one. It’s my most versatile, well used bag for home and travel. The Halcyon fabric folds down to fit into an All-Fabric 3D Organizer Cube and is perfect for travel overflow items or daily shopping/beach excursions. It fits under airplane seats too, but my personal preference is that it’s too round when fully packed for use as a carry on or navigating crowded spaces. It shines elsewhere though.
At home, my shop bags are in constant use as grocery bags (I never fail to receive compliments or comments about them), totes for sports items/clothes/team snacks, even trips to the home improvement store. I like to also pair them with my Monster Trucks and coordinate colors…bringing joy to everyday errands. They hold a heavy load of items and, once you heft it onto your shoulder, it’s comfortable to carry even the heaviest load. The straps stay on your shoulder too, no slipping (a much appreciated feature).
I’m really glad these totes are being offered again because they’re truly an everyday staple. They also feel like they’ll last forever. We’ve taken them camping and they’ve survived abrasion on rocks and rocky ground, so imo the price-per-use or ROI will even out to make these a smart value purchase. I also like to give these as a “gift basket” with misc travel or home themed items inside.
