    It's not just a key strap, it's an invitation.

    I've never thought about moving the key strap somewhere else in my pack, largely because it was not an option on my previous packs. The designers decided where the key strap would go, they sewed it in place, and I either adapted to its placement or ignored it. The o-ring system felt like an invitation to the design process, exemplified most by these key straps. Tom Bihn bags are designed in such a way that I can decide where the finishing touches go to tailor it specifically to my needs--and reconfigure it when my needs change.

    This is a very simple product. There are thousands like it. But only one like this somehow. They come free with every bag pretty much, but I have found uses for purchasing extras.
