    Small briefcase

    My son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and I decided on this small briefcase. I saw a Daylight in the field and had a chance to talk to the owner and look at it closely. It is the size I was looking for. I have a larger soft sided briefcase from LL Bean that I use for travel but is too floppy when not full. I bought the Daylight because of its size and more rigid structure. It is just the size to carry my iPad and file folders when I have to visit a client in their home. My only wish would be to have a few smaller slide in pockets like in my Medium Cafe Bag for pens and a phone, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Perfect size, carries just enough, fits nicely under seat infront

    Perfect size, fits nicely under seat in front on airline. I slip one handle of the Daylight over the pull up handle of my roller bag, it’s tight but works fine, I have tried it on two different roller bags, but, YMMV. This is my second Daylight Briefcase. I do not travel with a computer, but if you do, it needs a cache or sleeve because there is no padding. But, and this is important, the bag is thin enough to be packed flat inside another suitcase. It could also be used as a large packing cube. I do travel with a kindle, files, note pads, headphones, power banks, chargers, cables, phones, adapters etc., and snacks and a small water bottle all in the daylight briefcase. I would like to see a non-slip pad (a la the one on the Cadet shoulder strip) added to the shoulder strap. I would also like an all Halcyon version to come back.

    Perfectly sized briefcase for city commutes!

    I’m an admin assistant and my day changes constantly. Having this slim, lightweight bag with me helps me remain organized while making sure I don’t have to lug around a huge backpack.
