Everything you buy from TOM BIHN is satisfaction guaranteed.
Defects in materials or workmanship are rare and typically show up early in a product's life. If something goes wrong and it’s our fault, we’ll fix it—free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear and tear (or other causes outside our control) will be performed—when possible—at cost.
Keep in mind that daypacks, messenger bags, and briefcases endure a lot of wear in daily use. They’re built to last for years of hard service, but not forever. (Only true love lasts forever!)
Our guarantee does not cover consequential damages. While our bags offer excellent protection for tech and gear, we’re not responsible for any associated losses or damages. This guarantee is limited to the replacement cost of the TOM BIHN product itself.
