Return Window

You have 60 days from the shipping date to return any item for a refund, as long as it is:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached

We do not accept returns of used items.

U.S. Returns

  • A pre-paid shipping label will be generated.
  • A $10 flat fee will be deducted from your refund for shipping and processing.

Color Exchanges (U.S. Only)

  • We offer free color exchanges.
  • The same 60-day return policy applies.
  • Use the return link above to start your exchange.

International Returns

  • You must ship the item back to us at your own expense using your preferred carrier.
  • Use the return link above to generate a packing slip (no shipping label).
  • No processing fee is deducted.
  • Include the packing slip inside your return package.

Please reuse the original packaging if possible. If unavailable, use a generously sized, crushproof box.
Do not fold, roll, or stuff the bag into a small container—it may cause permanent damage.

We strongly recommend that you insure and track your shipment if sending from outside the U.S.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email emailus@tombihn.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll make it right and cover any return shipping costs if necessary.



Gift Returns

If you received a TOM BIHN item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us at emailus@tombihn.com with your order details.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. Exchanges can be made by the gift recipient.



Refunds

  • Once your return is received at our facility, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund.
  • Expect the full process to take about 10–14 business days.

Original shipping charges are refundable only if the product was mis-shipped, misrepresented, or defective.



Non-returnable Items

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
