1. Sweepstakes Overview

The TOM BIHN Golden Ticket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is an ongoing quarterly promotion. One eligible winner is selected at the close of each seasonal entry period—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each “Quarterly Entry Period” includes all eligible entries received during that season. All times referenced are in Pacific Time (PT).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law.

Employees of TOM BIHN (TOM BIHN LLC), its affiliates, and their immediate or extended family and household members are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to TOM BIHN’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. How to Enter

A. Product Review Entry (Invitation Only)

If you receive an invitation email from TOM BIHN, click the link in the email, complete the form, and submit a Product Review of a TOM BIHN product.

• Each valid review = 1 entry for the current quarter
• Multiple unique entries allowed
• Entries do not roll over to future quarters

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)

Mail a 3" x 5" card with your full name, mailing address, phone numbers, and email address in a #10 envelope to:

• Each entry must be mailed separately
• Must be postmarked during the current quarter

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random shortly after each quarter ends. Winners are notified by email and must respond within five (5) days. If no response or ineligibility, an alternate may be selected. Verified winners will receive their prize within six (6) weeks.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) TOM BIHN Golden Ticket, redeemable for any one TOM BIHN product of choice, up to $415 USD.

• No cash value, non-transferable
• May not be resold
• Prize substitutions are at TOM BIHN’s discretion

6. Quarterly Entry Periods

Entries do not roll over. Drawings take place shortly after the end of each season.

7. General Conditions

TOM BIHN reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes due to fraud or technical failure. Any attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

Automated or bulk entries are prohibited. Internet access and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release TOM BIHN and its affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use. TOM BIHN is not responsible for technical problems, misdirected entries, or any circumstances beyond its control.

9. Publicity

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for TOM BIHN to use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts of King County, Washington. Recovery is limited to out-of-pocket expenses. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used according to TOM BIHN’s Privacy Policy. Promotional emails will only be sent to those who opt in.
