    Gets the job done, could be better

    Pretty simple part for the GE bags, not much to review. It’s a short strap that holds things to the outside of the bag. Only improvement I’d have appreciated is having the loose end folded over and sewn to make it less likely to slip out. Or even better, use a locking adjuster.
