Brain Cell

Please bring this back! Best sleeve case in the world. Specifically, the vertical brain cell is perfect use in a travel backpack or every day backpack. Its the only sleeve on the market with a space on the bottom to protect your laptop from hard setting on the ground, and is a great simple sleeve for use along in a pinch with the D rings and shoulder straps. If you need more rugged drop protection, this is (was!) the best or only sleeve with that very effective common sense feature.

I had one of these for a MacBook Pro several years ago. I sold the laptop and let the Brain Cell go with it, because it wouldn't fit the computer I replaced it with. If I had thought that you would ever stop making this great product then I would have kept it. Please, bring back the Brain Cell! I have come back hoping you were making them again with every laptop purchase I have made since then.

As somebody else said in a review here, it's a bit pathetic to write a review about a product that has been retired. In that case, it is even more pathetic to write that review when even the product that subsequently replaced this one (Cache) will also soon be retired! That said, I just wanted to say for the record and to express my gratitude for the fact that that I used my vertical Brain Cell every day for something like 12 years for every possible kind of everyday carry and travel and (a) my laptops never broke and (b) my Brain Cell still looks almost like new. I bought it in 2008. We also have a Cache that has worked very well for us for a couple of years now.
