The Night Flight Travel Duffel is perfectly sized for under the seat of a flight without wasting a modicum of space. Side pockets make accessing often-used items a cinch without yanking out the whole bag, while the main pocket lies comfortably in waiting under the carry handles.

Grab and Carry Options

The Night Flight Travel Duffel comes with a multitude of grab and carry options. It comes standard with, well, the Standard Strap. Comfortably designed scoops at the bottom of the side compartments make it easy to grab even from the overhead bin. An oversized, squishy handle keeps the two individual handles together while carrying it while keeping balanced. Finally, if you don't feel like carrying it anymore, there is a passthrough for wheeled luggage handles.

End Pockets

A pocket etches a gentle curve in the upper third of each of the two short sides of the Night Flight Travel Duffel. These pockets are easily accessible even from under-seat, and are the perfect place to put a pair of earbuds, a Travel Pillow, or a quick treat on the plane.

Side Compartments

Above the end pockets, on each edge of the duffel, are the larger side compartments. They are mirror images of each other, a slip pocket inside large enough to fit an iPad Mini or eReader inside each, and as one would expect with us, two o-rings for your attachment needs.

Each pocket is quite large, measuring in at approximately 10" x 4" x 8" seam-to-seam. Perfect for even the largest things you want quick access with just a quick tug of the scoop to pull the side zipper out from under the seat.

Main Compartment

The main compartment is a generously sized open area measuring in around 10" x 7" x 8". The lid has a mesh zipper pocket for all the small knickknacks you want safely stashed under your handles. The compartment also has a bevy of o-rings, 4 to be exact.

    Greatest little duffel!

    I’ve used my night flight duffel a few times already in the month I’ve had it. Mostly for over night trips. Works great to hold my charger and toiletries in the end pockets and a couple days worth of clothes in the main pocket. Shoes won’t fit in this bag but everything else you’d need for an over night trip will! I can’t wait to carry it on my next flight!

    Perfect Personal Item

    This bag ended my search for the perfect personal item! As a lot of commenters made note, this bag will not fit a laptop nor a pair of shoes. If that is important to you, this is not your bag. If you're like me, don't travel with a laptop, and like having a multitude of things within reach, all within their designated spot, like having a super lightweight, sturdy bag, this certainly could be the personal item for you. I was able to fit way more than I thought I would in the duffel, and because the bag is 1-1.5 pounds lighter than other similar bags I considered, it still felt comfortable on my person walking around the airport, especially with the absolute strap. Each of the side pockets fit two 3D organizer cubes. The end pockets were great for hand sanitizer, tissues, keys, earbuds, and my phone. The main compartment held a notebook, sunglasses, a large travel tray, a small travel tray and two cubelets. The o-rings were super helpful as I could hook a ghost (which I use as a wallet) from one to have quick access to my ID at security. Some people have also noted that this bag doesn't fit their water bottle. That was important to me too, and I discovered that the 16 oz coffee w/ flex sip lid from hydroflask fit great (I kept it in one of the side pockets together with one 3D organizer cube).

    Great weekender bag

    I use this bag every so weekend and it fits everything I need and even a little more. Love the Tom Bihn esque style and the fabric. I’m not worried about it being too heavy and breaking or anything like that. Overall great bag and will be continuing to use it and possibly on flights too.
