Visiting Our Seattle Factory Showroom

TOM BIHN Seattle Factory Showroom

Our Seattle Factory Showroom occupies 700 square feet at the TOM BIHN headquarters. Our entire company works together in that same space: shipping, customer service, production, design, and administrative staff. That means that, in addition to seeing our bags, you'll get a chance to see how our company works from start to finish. Our showroom also features a history wall that includes TOM BIHN catalogs from 1986-onward and some of the very first packs Tom ever made back in the 1970's.

Hours
Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
8:00am until 2:00pm Pacific Time

Hoping to come by outside of those days or hours? emailus@tombihn.com and we'll do our best to make an appointment for you to stop by. Note that we're early risers and are here from 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Placing an order through the website and picking it up at our factory remains a option. Add the bag(s) you’d like to your basket and during checkout select the ‘Store Pick Up – Seattle Showroom’ option. We’ll give you a call when your order is ready to be picked up.

Heard the name Tom Bihn on a recent facebook post with Kara & Nate with friends discussing what they feel where the must have items, a Tom Bihn bag was mentioned. I was thrilled to hear that name again. Its been 40 years since Tom and I, along with a handful of volunteers worked with CCC AYH projects. I have one of those original Bihn bags, still looks great after all this time. Hope life is treating you well. I always smile when I remember your mother and how kind she was, you had a wonderful role model in her. I am getting ready to retire from PacBell after 40+ years, can you believe it? How time flies. I think I’ll have to get some travel bags soon. Connie

Tom says: "Those were some wonderful years Connie (though really only like 35 years ago haha)! Glad you’re doing well. And indeed, hit the road with a TB bag, new or old :)”

We're the TOM BIHN crew: we design bags, make bags, ship bags, and answer questions about bags. Oh, and we collaborate on blog posts, too.
