Due to Phase 1 reopening in Washington State, we can now ship orders placed for bags. Many of you have asked when we’d be able to ship bags, so we know you’re as excited about this as we are. Read on for the full details.
Behind the scenes of our mask-making efforts. Plus, our philosophy on how the actual work we are doing right now is more important than any words we can share with you, and a link to a public spreadsheet tracking our efforts that shares what we've been able to do so far.
We answer frequently asked questions about our production capacity, the sizing of our Reusable Cloth Face Masks, and other topics. Have questions? Always feel free to email@example.com
We’re still accepting your online orders! When you place an order through our website for in-stock bags, we’re treating your order as a pre-order; the order you place reserves the bag you’ve ordered with a TBD shipping date. Anytime up until a few days before your order ships, you can add items, cancel items, or even cancel the entire order.
Small world: when our photo+video team Des & David visited with their friend Allison several weeks ago, they noticed she had a TOM BIHN bag — a Pop Tote (https://www.tombihn.com/products/pop-tote) to be exact. Allison had no idea they were making videos for us and they had no idea she had one of our bags — and that synchronicity inspired them to interview Allison about her Pop Tote, what she packs in it, and her life in general. Hope you all enjoy this video as much as we did.
Our Seattle factory is still at work — we’ve devoted our entire production capacity to efforts to make face masks for our healthcare heroes due to the shortage of medical-grade masks. For the sake of healthcare professionals, we hope that medical-grade personal protective equipment is produced and restocked as soon as possible; in the meantime, we are here and working as fast as we can to help. We're also shipping orders, answering emails and live chats. Plus, some updates on bags and debuts.
