You can expect your TOM BIHN bag to give you years of hard service. Our bags are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. That means if something goes wrong and it's our fault, we'll fix it at no charge.

Defects in materials or workmanship are uncommon and are most often evident while your bag is still new. Keep in mind that daypacks and briefcases are often subject to serious wear in everyday use. We often see TOM BIHN bags that are still solid and in use after five, ten, fifteen, even twenty or twenty-five years, with minor repairs needed here or there. But remember: only true love lasts forever.

Repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship are on us: we'll fix your bag at no cost and pay for shipping both ways (it's the right thing to do.)

Damage to bags caused by puppies, cars, airlines, or improper use will be repaired by us for a reasonable cost as long as the bag is still repairable. Life happens: if your bag was damaged, don't hesitate to contact us to ask for a quote on repairing it.

To determine if the repair needed for your bag falls under our Lifetime Guarantee, or give us a call at 1-800-729-9607 or 1-206-652-4123.

When you receive your bag, you're welcome (and encouraged) to take it out of the box, inspect every inch of it, load it with what you intend to carry in it, and try it on for size, comfort, and looks. Don't spill coffee on it, let your cat sleep on it or your puppy chew on it. It's similar to how you would test out a pair of shoes: try them on indoors to see how they feel, but don't wear them outside. Trying out your bag in the way described above should give you a good sense of whether the bag is right for you.

You have 60 days from when you receive your bag to determine if it's the right one. And if it's not, use this handy return label generator to send it on back to us. No RMA or other red tape stuff needed.
