As reviewed by The Gadgeteer:
"I can’t find anything to complain about with this bag. The materials and craftsmanship are top notch. I really like the unisex style as I’m not one to go for froo-froo girly bags. I also like the vertical orientation and the pocket layout. The Tom Bihn Cafe Bag is a great little bag that is handy for carrying your most necessary items when you don’t need or want a large bag." Western Flyer + Med cafe bag
"I had a paperback book (200pages), a 1 liter Sigg bottle, a small Rhodia pad, and assorted other stuff in the medium cafe bag--not remotely stuffed. I took Southwest. On the way back, the flight was full, and folks were carrying all kinds of rollaboards; my WF and cafe bag fit under the seat in front of me without a problem!!!" — posted by Shiva
Small vs. Medium Cafe Bag (size wise)
"I got the Medium Cafe Bag in Plum/Wasabi, and I love it. Even though I had measured out it’s approximate size, I was still shocked at how large it seemed. I managed to put my water bottle, my Moleskine, my fountain pen case, wallet, keys, cell, lip chap, iPod and huge earphones, glasses (in their case) and my hair stick case into it, with plenty of extra room at the top. It was roomy and gorgeous and I loved it. I actually added a truncated survival kit (basically a mini first aid kit) to the bag and am now using it as my everyday bag. I’ll just have to accept that I’ll only survive the first day of a zombie strike now. Oh well! "

Medium Cafe Bag & Brain Cell
"The medium cafe bag is elegant for it's simplicity and great for it's versatility. Alone, I can carry my journal, a notepad, my NYC mapbook, my wallet, digital camera, and still have room for a lot of the other random things I like to carry with me. On rainy days, it has kept my things dry." — posted by socio
