I carry a Sangean SR-3 in my medium TB
Cafe bag. This radio runs for 60 hours on
a single AAA battery and fits nicely on the
palm of your hand .
A great everyday carry radio.
Original designs. Made in the U.S.A.

I have a Sangean DT-220V which I've had no trouble with.
Has built in earplugs which are convienent if you forget your headphones.
Been there. Done that. Can't remember.
The Sangean DT-220v is too big for everyday carry (EDC) but is still a fine radio. I just got the Sangean PR-D9w yesterday (I'm a radio geek too) also too big for EDC but still a neat travel radio, will post later about this radio.
what do you radio expert think of this edc radio?

That looks to be the same one sold by Countycomm. Takes two AA batteries and has decent reception. My issue with it is having it turn itself on in my bag quite often. Otherwise, I like it.

BLTKMT is correct, same radio as the EDC radio sold by Country Comm. Is is actually a Kaito radio, follow this

I prefer the Sangean SR-3 b/c it is analog, therefore, runs many hours on a single AAA battery. The SR-3 fits nicely in a TB mini pouch in my Cafe bag.
