    so that i have a solid reason to buy a Parental Unit.

    wait just a minute. you can do that? skip the baby and go right to the bag? this is wonderful news! i didn't really want the baby!

    I've got two cats as well. But unlike kids, they don't expect me to carry around their stuff. So the bag is all mine!

    You don't need to have your own! Borrow one from a friend.
    Most parents I know are happy to lend their progeny out for a night and take a break.
    Of course, you'll need to be prepared. Books, toys, diapers. And someplace to put all that stuff. Better order the Parental Unit...

    When I travel I carry a lot of snacks for my husband, this looks like it may be a good option. I love backpacks but I was trying to consider if this might be a good laptop travel bag I'd love to hear from others who get their hands on it and don't use it as a diaper bag.
