IBM/Lenovo x60s with extended battery. (Brain cell.)

The x60s is listed as size 5 for the horizontal Brain Cell. Does this work with the extended (8-cell) battery as well?

As far as I can tell (without having ever seen it) the X60s even with the extended battery does fit in the size 5. We've had a lot of questions about this and I've told people in the past that it will fit and I don't think they've ever come back to me and told me that it doesn't. The Size 5 Brain Cell fits computers up to about 9.5 inches high and the X60s without the extended battery is only about 8.5 - so unless the extended battery adds a full inch to the height (highly highly doubt it) then you will be golden.
