Just want to chime in my thanks for offering this option.
I online shop a lot and USPS has actually been reliable 100% of the time (knock on wood). In fact, I just received a parcel today that was shipped out on Feb 15, so made it in 7 business days to me.

When you say "on its way", I presume you mean "the back ordered co-pilots will be sewn soon", rather than "it's in the mail", right?

Hi there, would that option be also available for New Zealand? :)
(though love to have an excuse to get a bag with smaller items to make the shipping cost worthwhile..lol)

If the trial goes well we are hoping to expand First Class Mail to other countries. If we do so we will be sure to let you know on the forums!

It's fun to think that might be my black Co-Pilot in the picture!

"Your TOM BIHN order has shipped!"

Right now I consider these to be six of the most beautiful words in the English language.

Test run completed. I received my shipping notification on March 8 and the bag arrived today, March 19th.

As expected, the tracking is very limited, it basically says the item left the USPS sort facility on March 12 and you don't get updates beyond that. but I'm happy with the cheaper cost and the timeframe was fine.

And tonight I get to figure out how I'll load up my new Co-Pilot!

That is so exciting that the shipping worked out so well. Thanks for the updates along the way. How are you liking the Co-Pilot?

Co-Pilot is great so far. Absolutely gorgeous.

Love being able to fit my ipad, a book or 2, a water bottle, a lunch box, and all my assorted bits and pieces in such a small package. The Ristretto just couldn't manage it all.

I've found there is less usable room in the front pockets than I expected, but more in the main compartment. So some things I thought would reside in front pockets will end up in pouches sitting in the open pockets of the main compartment. I actually think this is a really good arrangement and will work well.

Having zipper access rather than the flap of my Ristretto is an adjustment but I think I'll get used to it.
