So I've been planning a trip to Paris and have done extensive research on bags. I purchased the Aeronaut, two Co-Pilots and one Swift and was so pleased with the company that my friends tease me say that I need to marry Tom Bihn! The customer service is outstanding. I have not been able to find a camara bag the would be good for me. So at a friend suggestion I tried another company:( LET ME SAY FOR THE RECORD, TOM BIHN IS A GREAT COMPANY! And it is one that understands customer service is equally as important as making a great product! I said all this to say thank you to the company and I am and will continue to be a loyal customer!
