I wrote to them a week ago at a couple of their posted customer service e-mail addresses. They claim to have a guarantee. I explained my concerns, told them that I'd love to get unflawed bottles if the two I received were just "typos," but otherwise I'd do a return.
They never acknowledged receipt of the e-mail and, obviously, never responded. So I'm pretty disappointed with Liberty Bottleworks.
But as long as you guys are checking their work and controlling the stock the physical bottle itself seems like a solid product.
