    Question Shipping Process

    Okay, I'm really just curious. When we choose "Ship Order Complete" and one or more items are backordered, are the in-stock items picked right away and held for us, so that they don't run out in the meantime?

    I'm picturing a box labelled "Susan's Order" that's just waiting for that one last item (in this case an Ultraviolet Shop Bag) to be ready. In fact I'm picturing a whole room of little boxes just waiting patiently. Am I guessing right?

    We've tried a variety of approaches to this part of the shipping process over the years, and none have been perfect solutions (yet.) What you are describing would take up a lot of space that we haven't had -- until now. We'll continue to work on this part of the shipping process until we find the perfect solution!
