How does it compares to Steel?

Is is lighter, brighter?

here is a picture of steel and conifer, both in 1000d cordura - admittedly, in not the best lighting conditions. both are just gorgeous colors!

i would describe conifer as a rich, sassy green. if it were a tree, i would say that it was being fed with the best of fertilizers and being regularly watered and always given the right amount of sun. it is a deep, but not too deep a green. it is a bright, but not too bright a green. it is rich and sassy - it is conifer!
