Somehow, I don't know how but it happened, the bottom buckle on my Medium Cafe Bag in Navy/Cayenne got damaged. I contacted Tom Bihn via the Customer Service page. Later that day I got a follow-up from Katy. 5 days later there is a new buckle in my mailbox which I put on my bag. Now my MCB is as good as new. When I buy a Tom Bihn bag, I'm not just buying a great bag, I get a great company with great customer service tossed into every purchase.
My repair cost: an email.
