    Update: Also at http://www.macworld.com/article/1471...3:b32019496:z0

Update 2: Also in the slide show: http://www.macworld.com/article/1471...slideshow.html

I'll tell you what I wouldn't want, the Cocoon Gramercy Messenger Sling, which shows everybody that you're carrying. Remember the early iPod muggings?

So far, I'm really enjoying the iPad - the keyboard allows me to type almost as fast as I do on my 15" MBP. Great for note-taking.

Me too, Darcy. Hadn't planned to buy one but I'm really glad I did. I'm liking it more than I thought I would. I take it on a trip tomorrow so we'll see how it does as a netbook replacement.

Well, as an alternative, you could have spent all your money on clothing; I recall that some list members like the Scottevest solution for the carry-on personal item limit problem when flying. Here's their entry for the iPad: Scottevest debuts 'iPad compatible' clothing line, the world cringes. Somehow, I don't think this product is going to be competing for the same market niche as the Ristretto for iPad.
