How long does it usually take for customer service to respond to an email?

Hi Ferris,

Usually we respond the same day, though it depends - we're closed on the weekends, so emails received Friday afternoon may not be responded to until Monday. Or, if there is a particularly complex or unusual question, it may take additional days to track down an answer.
