Camera Bag Solution -- Domke Inserts?

    Hi all,

has anyone used Domke camera bag inserts into any of the Tom Bihn bags, in particular, the Super Ego or Empire Builder? I am trying to think of ways to have a Tom Bihn bag be not just a laptop bag but also a camera bag. I know that there are a few threads on creating a combo laptop/camera bag but I thought maybe folks have done some work arounds in the meantime. If you have, can you post of your experience and photos as well?

    Thanks.

I was just thinking about this myself...and on that note, I was also wondering what the dimensions are of the main compartment of the new Checkpoint Flyer bag and if it might accomodate a Domke or Billingham insert?

    Domke inserts

I use a Tenba insertógreat access and great protectionóbut it doesn't solve the fundamental problem that cameras with lenses are shaped funny and you want them well-protected but quickly available.
