TOM BIHN on ABC World News Now

Dick De Bartolo, in addition to hosting the Daily Giz Wiz podcast and being Mad Magazine's Maddest Writer, reviews gizmos and gadgets on World News Now, ABC's overnight news program. (Remember when Anderson Cooper co-anchored the show?) And this week on World News Now, Dick De Bartolo is featuring TOM BIHN bags.

If you don't already watch or record World News Now, we recommend watching or setting your DVRs to record the show tonight (aka Friday morning.) World News Now airs at 2AM or later -- exactly when depends on your local ABC station, so be sure to check your channel guide for days and times.

And remember: this is television! If there's a huge breaking news story, TOM BIHN bags might be moved to another show/day. If that happens,
    we'll let you know.

Once you've seen the show, be sure to let us know what you thought.

I was sad. They showed the Western Flyer very briefly, a Horizontal Freudian slip (unnamed), and a Brain Cell. Dick also mentioned packing cubes. The hostess said that they looked expensive. And that was about it.

But they did get the name out there - and mentioned the website a couple of times. I wish there had been more.

I saw it to with great anticipation. The TB mention was very short though. The items did look good; but I got the impression that the segment was mostly about "things" you can take on a trip. Not "what" you can use to take your things on a trip.
Dick DeBartolo and Leo Laport did a better job when it was reviewed on the Daily Giz Wiz a little while back.
All in all, with everything aside, they were the nicest items on the show, and looked very smart.
Using a: Super Ego (Black, Steel, Wasabi) with seat belt strip (Wasabi), and alternate reflective Strip. Black BrainCell, Wasabi Snake Charmer, Cork Small Organizer Pouch, and Olive green medium organizer pouch.

It was short but sweet: it was really exciting for us to see our bags on ABC! And the whole segment was a lot of fun. I like World News Now.
