Being a student and working at TB sounds like a great combo! I have been helped by Matthew on the phone before and he was terrific. Now what could be more fitting than "graduating" a new design to coincide with his graduation? Hmmm?

It seems to me that with a number of dyneema colors being retired, that they are going to have to add /something/ to the line up.
This sums it up perfectly for me - I have the S/E page bookmarked so I can go directly to its page. If nothing new shows up I entertain (torture?) myself by thinking 'what else could I get to accessorize an S/E?'

All of the above for me plus reading past posts of bags that I have just ordered, particularly the Smart Alec with top modular pocket. I'm really excited to see this bag in person and use it on our next holiday.

Where's the wild speculation? In the past month, I've "price increase" purchased myself *2* new backpacks, 6 shop bags, 2 'limited edition' nordic items SE/TT, a LStuffSack, a DoubleOP & some misc OPs.

But rather than dwell on the fact that I fell victim to mind control, wonder what could be debuting? Probably a gym bag since I just bought one :)

I'm regularly checking my Order History page in case I missed an email about either of my two backorders - and placing a last-minute order for Nordic dyneema :)
    Collections:
Work EDC: SE + S19 (summer); SE + SA (winter)
    Leisure: some combination of SE/SCB/MCB/Swift/LS/FJN/DLBC/Imago/SSB
    Travel: WF + Pilot/DLBP + SE/SCB or SA + SE/SCB
General organisation: More pouches, stuff sacks and cubes than you can shake a keystrap at!
Favourite TB colours: aubergine, forest (sniff!), linen, wasabi, UV
Hoping for: FJN for iPad Mini + Moleskine; a Linen Side Effect; the return of Portable Culture!

I got a shipment in the mail today (Organizer Pouches, Black 400d TriStar Packing Cube Backpack, a few Travel Stuff Sacks)... with a very curious artwork on the box!

When I placed my order, I made a request to have the shipping crew draw "a hint about the June announcements" on the outside, and it looks like they made good on that request; incorporating a scene from my favourite film, as well! It's a *bit* hard to make out, due to an unfortunate placement of the UPS C.O.D. slip, but check it out, and let's get the rumour mills a-churning! ;)

Ok, so is that 2001: A Space Odyssey? Is monolith a clue? Is odyssey a clue? Maybe? Probably not?

My interpretation was that this is an example of Cargo Cults dropping new tom Bihn luggage bags from the sky.

There is a precedent in the movie, The Gods Must Be Crazy, where a Coke bottle was dropped out of the sky.
