And a good thought it is. I'd love an ultraviolet one.
I think it's a great idea, actually. Solar would be perfect; it' a shame it's gone :-(

That would be awesome! It is raining cats/dogs here in CT today.
Add wind vents (Texas is gusty!) and I'm in.
The compact size would be best for most to stick in a bigger purse or in the side pouches of a car door.
