Elastic "tail keeper" for the Super Ego (and other strappy bags)

Hi:

Right now, because it's mostly my laptop in it, I'm encountering a bit of a "tail" on the end of the buckle strap. It'd be kind of neat to have a way to secure the tail against the body (the bottom surface) of the bag, so it doesn't dangle: maybe just a small elastic loop of the same material as the stretch front pockets.

I made the same comment in a thread about the Buzz. I was thinking of maybe a plastic bobby-pin style keeper.
