definitely do not machine wash it. the tag inside the bag should have instructions (warm water hand wash w/ mild soap, line dry, don't machine wash/bleach/iron it, says my Aeronaut's tag)
would watch!!
I seldom use mouse pads myself anymore, also, but my fellow and graphic designer cousin both swear by func pads: Func | Surface 1030 L - Gameplay. Perfected.
sweet beagle biscuit, i hope it's the part about ballistic being an option!!
yes, the quality is actually remarkably good for the price! uniqlo is basically japan's equivalent of the gap, but with somewhat lower prices/better quality and imo, a bit more stylish. it's just...
in my experience, they haven't been that consistent about enforcing this restriction anyway, so maybe they've been unofficially allowing them for a while? i have (albeit accidentally!) flown on...
- down jacket/sweater for sure! patagonia makes decent ones, but i find that the uniqlo equivalent is less expensive and honestly, feels like better quality (or at very least, comparable). i have the...

the insulated klean kanteens are basically interchangeable with hydroflasks. personally, i liked the flip cap on the hydroflask better than the cafecap on the klean kanteen, plus hydroflask (save for...
The 18oz does, but my 40oz does not.
it's a little on the spendier side, but i lovelovelove my hydroflask. it's a steel insulated bottle, can be used for hot or cold things and cleans up nicely with hothot water, soap and an occasional...
if you're flexible on color combinations, my steel/solar tristar is on ebay right now: Tom Bihn Tri Star in Coveted Steel Solar Color Combo Gently Used | eBay
this is worth mentioning just one more time! i ordered a steel/uv aeronaut recently and it showed backordered til mid-march, yet it's delivering (even after a full week of transit) TODAY!
solar was discontinued a while back to make way for wasabi:

also helpful would be whether you are traveling alone or with other(s). a reasonable option if you don't need tons of space are pod hotels (there are a few that are very reasonably priced; I stayed...
this is my handsome feline companion, frank! he is nearly 10 years old now (i've had him all but about ten weeks of that).
he's a rescue, born to a stray in the lions den at the kansas city zoo...
is there any chance that the larger synapse might be offered in ballistic? (or, heck, even the regular/current synapse?)
i love my indigo synapse, but sweet cracker sandwich, does it ever pick up...
writing instruments: pentel. they're nothin' fancy, but i have been heavily using the same .05mm Sharp mechanical pencil every single day since my sophomore year of college (over a decade!!) and it's...
a synapse would fit the bill, too, if you don't pack it super full. the depth is juuuust a smudge larger than the limit, but the pockets are such that it's very easy to keep it from puffing out too...
+1! there were also several recommendations of the all-in-one ilk in your 'dry sheets' thread from a few days back
i am going to sleep FOREVER on black friday. we are hosting my partner's mom's (ENORMOUS) side of the family. i'll be up with the chickens to cook on thursday and furiously cleaning the house every...
i second the shampoo bar and dr bronners suggestions!
my personal favorite shampoo bars are from chagrin valley soap and salve (Home : Chagrin Valley Soap and Salve) and come in sample size if you...
it can very easily be done! i've done several trips of 10-14 days with my tristar, including having to lug around a not-small laptop and some safety gear if the trip is for work. if you don't mind...
the one i use most is my moleskine calendar (weekly, pocket size, horizontal format). been using them for manymany years now. i have tried others since, but just keep a-goin' back.
for...
