Yayyyyy!!!! Hi everyone!
I have a post/picture somewhere about this. My Smart Alec was super heavy and I was a little unsure about turns and such, but am not a regular rider.
I got excited to add the pulls to my Tri-Star, but the existing metal pulls are larger than any shown in the pictures above. Has anyone else done anything other than cut the metal pull off or add the...
Does this help? I threw my head back and only hit it when my head was all the way back. It is comfortable to me, and I would move the waist straps to the higher loops, probably....
I'll take a side shot tomorrow and put some things in the top pouch to try and show where it sits.
I'm 5'3" so that should be a decent comparison for you!
autolycus, here's a picture of the Synapse 19, Smart Alec (my Glowire went a bit awry), and Guide's Pack. Hope it helps! http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/11/18/py9a7esa.jpg
You're a nut. I love it.
I wonder if those are an option to move the waist straps higher for shorter torso folks? I have a Guide's Pack now (OMG!) and I did notice the waist straps felt lower than I expected. I'm 5'3" for...
Me too on Lands End! I texted my Dad and referenced just that when I saw the new design!
I'm lucky to live here, but will be in Minnesota that weekend. You kids have fun!
Please, be more vague! ;)
Super fun! I especially like the Honda Element doing doughnuts (of course)!
How unpleasant!!! Maybe buy a cheap toothbrush to help get the crevices cleaner?
Does that mean that the announcement previously thought for October is more likely to be November-or-so now? Scheduling in my compulsive checking of the forums ...
Great idea - and he's awesome! Team player right there.
Ha! Well that makes much better sense.
To clarify, the Tri-Star does go backpack-mode, unless you were saying it wouldn't because you wouldn't use it that way (in which case ... nevermind!).
"The back of the Tri-Star features hideaway...
What are you wondering?
Well, I bought it of course. Love that the iPad Mini and Kindle fit in the two pouches on the inside of the Imago. Added the Q-AM strap because I'm really a backpack fan, so keeping the Imago more...
I'm going down today to look at one of the few remaining Imagos. I've easily held back from being tempted by the Western Flyer, and you folks took a safe WF thread and have nearly convinced me to get...
Agree with the suggestions about making each item have its own column. Being able to sort would be a huge plus, as I compare across categories (backpack, laptop bag, travel bag, etc.).
If you're just talking about the airport, what about wearing the day pack on your front? It is functional, and the way I carry my Aeronaut on my back with the Synapse 19 on my front. Not sexy, but it...
Here's a link to the StoAway.
Thrilled that my Smart Alec perfectly held an insulated hydration pack for a recent hike. Hard to photograph the Annex Clips, but I moved them to the lower position and faced the CamelBak StoAway...
