Just curious, how do you carry the two bags? Grab handles? Absolute straps? If straps, do you criss-cross the two?

I got a tri-star for Christmas and love it so far, although I have only really used it a couple times. A few notes:
-The middle compartment is structured enough that if you have a decent laptop...
Aeronaut might be better for swallowing up another bag. For example, I've seen on other threads that the Cadet 13/15 doesn't really fit into the middle of the tri-star comfortably.
Maybe get a rolling luggage handle WF? This would allow you to one bag it when you feel like it but also give you flexibility to combine with rolling luggage when you need it. It has bigger internal...
They aren't cheap, but I really like Rancourt & Co loafers. I have two pairs:
Rancourt & Company
and
Rancourt & Company
They both have been slightly customized. I got the brown ones about a...
I saw that and would like that approach as well.
Yep, that's what I meant.
I recently went through this same dilemma and decided on an iPad Cadet for EDC use. I have been loving it so far although I've only had it for about a week. I think I would have preferred the front...
NICE! Can't wait to see that.
How about an adaptor clip/strap so that the new cache with rails can be attached at the annex clip attachment points in the SA/BB?
New bag looks great but I really can't justify the purchase when I've got a fairly new Smart Alec at home (and also, due to changes in work/IT requirements, I am imminently downsizing my EDC to a...
Excellent. Those are much better. :-)
Dislike
April Fools is the worst.
I bought it for carrying loose papers between work and home in my Smart Alec. To be honest, though, I've actually found it to be kind of bulky/inconvenient for my usual paper load of 0-0.5 inches. I...
Not every bag must be carried on. Also worth noting: not all travel is done by plane.
I would love to see a Tom Bihn version of this product:
Amazon.com: Globe-Weis Zip Wallet Poly Files, 3-Inch Expansion, Assorted Colors, Single File (27909): Office Products
Basically, a zippered...
As long as we are lobbing in requests for the rolling luggage pocket model, I would love one in black ballistic/iberian dyneema.
Pilot for sure. Some specific wishes for that:
-"Rails" system for laptops like the Cadet has.
-A bottom pocket on the front like the Synapse has that runs the length of the bag (I would like to...
Has anyone found an official document outlining the changes? Nothing I can find on tsa.gov. News reports say they will also allow golf clubs, lacrosse and hockey sticks, pool cues, ski poles, and...
Nice, my Gerber Dime makes the cut (sorry for the pun).
Multi-stage TBAS here. My work is making an IT transition that will mean I no longer need to drag my laptop back and forth between work and home everyday, so I need [haha, "need"] to downsize from my...
Thanks, that is very helpful. I forgot to mention the Synapse but I am also interested in that. Hopefully the pocket on the Cadet is the same size.
That's what I would think, but I've also heard that the cell phone pocket on the Cadet is very tight.
Does the Sony RX-100 fit in the cell phone pocket (the ultrasuede one) of either the Cadet or the Co-Pilot? Thanks in advance if anyone can check.
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
