No problem.
It fits fairly well, it pushes out the back slightly but I could easily fill up the front three compartments without a problem and still keep the camera in the main pocket.
Here is a picture of my Nikon D3100 inside the Copilot. Note - there isn't much padding, but as you can see, it fits just fine!
