Dear all,
I am searching for a camera insert that will fit in the Imago for a Panasonic GF1 with the 7-14mm lens attached and a Fuji x100. I want to also be able to carry my iPad and Bose...
What size water bottle would fit in the front pocket of the Ristretto for 11" MBA? Would the Lifefactory bottles fit? I have the previous version of Ristretto for the 13" Macbooks and there's no way...
I can confirm that the Panny GF1 with either the 14-45mm or the 20mm pancake lens will fit in the front pockets. That is how I carry mine.
I ordered the Co-Pilot in dyneema precisely because how much I enjoy my Synapse in dyneema: light weight, easy to pack into another bag and it's got that unique look.
Here you go. My Navy/Cayenne Small Cafe Bag with the following:
iPad with the Apple Case
iPhone 3G
Clear Organizer Wallet
Pen/Pencil Organizer Pouch (glasses and earphones)
Small Organizer...
I can put my iPad with the Apple case in a small cafe bag so I don't see why it would not fit the large cafe bag with the Cache.
On a recent hiking trip.
I "used to" (more on this later) travel with my MBA exclusively. I usually put it in a Cache and put it in my ID bag along with a HyperMac external battery for long flights. Since I have an iPhone, I...
I was also debating between the ID and the Imago and got the ID for reasons michael described above. I usually carry my MB Air, a few files, an external battery, cables, a book or two along with a...
Great. Thanks maverick, for your quick reply. I will be ordering one soon.
Does the large clear organizing poach fit nicely in the Synapse? The measurement seems to indicate that it will, but given the oval shape of the Synapse, I am wondering how a large poach stuffed with...
Hi, I have an earlier version of the Restretto that I carry a Macbook Air, a few files, power cable, video cable, and other miscellaneous things. I also usually like to take a water bottle with me....
I think a better comparison would be the Aeronaut and a 20" wheeled carryon. My wife and I took the said luggages (a Tumi 20" carryon) on a two-week trip to China last fall. The capacity is about the...
I have decided on the ID (Black/Steel/Wasabi) and will be using it with the Cache for my MacBook Air. The two side pockets will be really convenient for my glasses and iPhone. And the cinch-able...
Yes. I understand. I meant when after taking the laptop out one has to re-buckle so the case will not "dangle" when using the bag.
Any picture showing the CPF without the laptop case? What is...
Anyone? After seeing Maverick's video on the ID, I am now seriously thinking the ID might work better since it could be used as a regular bag with or without the laptop. I have also read that the...
I currently use the Ristretto as my daily work bag carrying the Macbook Air and some files. However, I am finding the Ristretto too small for my needs. I usually carry a water bottle, a few books,...
I was at Trader Joe's the other day and this is what I was able to fit in the larger shop bag and carried it by hand and walked for two blocks without much problem: 4 bottles of wine (two each in the...
I am interested in the Synapse in Steel Dyneema/Solar Dyneema for daily and travel usage. Is the bag rigid enough for a 13" MacBook in a Cache, a digital camera and other office "stuff"? I like that...
Thanks Maverick, for the video. I ordered and received the Side Effect in Indigo and was also able to get the GF1 for my upcoming overseas trip. If it weren't for your assurance that the camera would...
Thanks, Mav. Do you think the Packing Cube Shoulder bag will be sturdy enough for the camera? I will probably carry the camera around my neck or across my shoulder most of the time when we travel,...
Hi, I have preodered the Panasonic GF1 with the 14-55 lens and was wondering if it will fit either of the bags. The GF1 is similar in size as the Olympus EP-1. Thanks.
Thanks Moriond, for your very useful advice regarding the Cordura/Ballistic difference and confirming that the Imago fits well in the center compartment of the TriStar . My TriStar is in indigo.
I also wondered about this. My wife almost always prefers rolling luggage although she likes the TB bags. (We have the Aeronaut and the TriStar). We are taking a trip to Hawaii soon and my original...
That's impressive! I also have a TriStar but would never have thought of putting an Imago in the center compartment. Do you still have room in the front and back compartments? Personally, I find that...
