On the sides of the Large Cafe Bag is the bag's shoulder strap sewn on via webbing or are there like "d-rings" so you can choose any strap you would like?

I would say the Large Cafe Bag. It has plenty of pockets. You can aways add a pouch or something if that is what you are after.

I was actually thinking the plastic piece near the bag that the strap attaches to.

That doesn't pull on the O ring too much does it?

So you clip it to the inside O ring? Not the outside?

Does anyone clip a water bottle to the outside of there cafe bag via a carabiner?

I agree with the above posts. I too think the Imago looks more feminine, though I think a male could pull it off. I like the black and steel color combo. Though I have yet to see it in person.
