Why is the absolute shoulder strap different prices?

just wondering why the Absolute Shoulder Strap is different prices on different bags as an add on? Sometimes it's a $20 add on ... Co-pilot, pilot, night flight...... And other times it's a $30 add on -- the aeronauts, Tristar, western flier. Just curious....or am I missing something?

AFAIK, the different prices are because on some bags, the Absolute Strap is replacing another type of strap included on the bag (such as a simple strap or standard strap). On the Aeronaut and others, they don't come with a strap so the fee is the charge to add a strap.
